    Be aware the use of non OEM Brother print cartridges or service other than a Brother authorized service agent may affect your warranty

    If you have a return to base warranty
    bring the machine in to our workshop

    Our minimum deposit for workshop repairs is $40+GST which covers the first half hour of service in our workshop. If we find your machine fault to be under warranty repair through Brother NZ we would refund the deposit.

    We carry a very good stock of Brother parts, supply new machines and Brother OEM consumables. Buy from us with confidence knowing that we service the machines we sell and we will be able to provide the best advice for your needs.

    Because we are Brother printer repair agents, Brother fax repair agents, Brother label printer repairs agents and Brother multifunction repair agents we have access to the Brother service manuals & Brother spare parts system.
