Guide to Fax Purchasing
The following is a guide to our opinions on fax purchasing in New Zealand.
It is a guide based on 20 years of servicing faxes in the greater Auckland area from Pukekohe to Wellsford. We have been trained by Brother NZ, Canon NZ, Sharp NZ, on servicing printers faxes or copiers.Please note we think our views are mainly pertinent to New Zealand
not to necessarily other countries.
The Brand that we generally advise our customers to purchase is Brother.
…..1/ They have probably the biggest market share in NZ.…..2/ Their help line is in NZ not overseas.
…..3/ Their spare parts stock in NZ is generally head & shoulders above most other brands some brands only replace the whole machine to repair it & once the warranty period is over its almost impossible to repair some of even the minor faults.
…..3/ They have many Service providers in NZ [for instance there are eleven in Auckland most brands have only one].
There are quite a few reasons why we usually recommend Brother fax machines over other brands, but in some situations we may advise on a model other than Brother
